[NCDNTS-27] BGP sessions down with RS2 in Hyderabad

Incident Report for AMS IX

Resolved

The BGP sessions were affected while a firewall policy was being deployed to the route server, which caused the peering prefix to be blocked.

The issue was identified and fixed, and the BGP sessions were re-established. Since then, the BGP sessions with the route server have remained stable.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Currently all BGP sessions with our route-server 2 are down:

We are investigating the issue and will update as soon as we know more. All the BGP sessions to router-server 1 should still be up and working.
