[NCDNTS-30] Jira mail issue - unable to send outbound mail

Resolved

The root cause of this incident was a certificate chain issue that affected outbound email delivery. Our initial investigation suggested the add-on service was responsible but we have since confirmed it was not the cause. The issue has been resolved and all services are operating normally.
